I recommend putting together a simple website if you are into the business of content creation.
It can help you build an email list, build your portfolio and also acquire clients.
A website doesn’t need to be expensive and if you are looking for a reliable option, I would recommend using Hostinger for your hosting needs.
I host all of my websites of Hostinger because they are amazing in their support and services.

Simplifying Content Creation!
“The way to get started is to quit talking and begin doing” – Walt Disney
I have been creating content for years, yet I would get stuck a lot of times.
I’d spend hours staring at my screen, hopping from one idea to another, only to end up frustrated.
I wanted to write something valuable, something meaningful.
And nothing would strike..
Creating content is not easy and creating content every day is absolutely not easy.
Finding an idea to write about can feel overwhelming.
You sit down to write something that stands out, connects, and adds value only to waste hours trying to figure out what to write about.
Here’s what changed for me:
- I stopped trying to reinvent the wheel.
- I started learning from the best content creators out there.
- And I put together a simple, actionable formula.
Here’s the 3-step formula I use:
Listen
The first step isn’t about creating anything—it’s about paying attention.
Spend time understanding your audience.
What are they talking about?
What are they struggling with?
What excites them?
Look at:
- Forums: Dive into niche communities like Reddit or Quora.
- Comments & Reviews: Check what people are saying under posts, videos, or products.
- DMs & Emails: What questions do people ask you directly?
Next, observe other creators in your niche or parallel niches.
Notice the problems they’re addressing and the gaps in their content.
You don’t need to copy them – you’re identifying opportunities to bring your unique perspective.
This step is where your best ideas come from.
Shortlist
Now that you’ve gathered insights, it’s time to organize them.
Here’s how:
- Pick 10 topics where your knowledge or experience can make a difference.
- Spot 10 gaps in existing content—areas where others haven’t delivered value or answered questions fully.
These 20 ideas are your starting point.
Each one has potential because it’s rooted in what your audience actually wants.
Create
This is where things get exciting.
To make content that sticks, I use the 3 E Approach:
- Engage: Hook your audience immediately. Make it personal, relatable, or thought-provoking. Example: Start with a story or a bold statement like, “You’re probably overcomplicating this…”
- Educate: Share actionable value. Don’t just talk—give your audience something they can use right away. Example: “Here’s a formula I use to write engaging posts in half the time.”
- Empower: End on a motivational note. Make your audience feel capable, clear, or ready to take action. Example: “Your next step? Pick one topic and start today.”
Remember: each piece of content should focus on one key takeaway.
Solve one problem at a time.
The Secret Weapon: Repurpose
Here’s where the magic happens: turn one idea into multiple formats.
For example:
- A quick Instagram carousel.
- A long-form blog post.
- A podcast episode diving deeper into the topic.
- A Twitter thread summarizing the main points.
With 20 topics, you can easily create 40+ pieces of content by repurposing!
Keep It Simple
The beauty of this formula is its simplicity.
You don’t need to spend hours brainstorming every day.
You just need to:
- Listen to your audience.
- Organize your ideas.
- Follow the 3 E Approach.
- Repurpose for maximum impact.
That’s it.
The more you simplify your process, the easier it becomes to stay consistent—and consistency is what wins the game.
Your Turn
Let’s make this actionable:
What’s one thing you’ll do differently with your content starting now?
Will you start listening more? Shortlisting ideas? Or maybe repurposing your content?
Reply and let me know—I’d love to hear your thoughts.
